Dear Jeremy,

That is an excellent post. One who is faithful in little is faithful in much.

I had written an article on integrity a long time back: Do not lie one to another

Integrity is wholeness…where your words match up with your actions. This is the foundation of being faithful as you have stated in your post.

Some guys are just born to lead while some are trained to lead and there’s also some who lead to impress.

By merging the 3 elements, you will be a perfect lead.

Great Post!

Jeremy,

Wow! This a nice site. You are doing a great job.

Thanks for also stopping by my blog.

Nice post too.

You know, sometimes or most times, the subjects of any community are a resemblance of their leader.

There was a message by a pastor that I once heard. He said that “..if anything happens to the followers, God will always hold the leaders responsible.”

That’s just the truth..

Leadership is all about responsibility. I pray that the good Lord will help us to be faithful in the leadership positions He has placed us in (Amen).
