Here’s To The Night

Wellis i thought i would let everyone know that we are leaving the church for the night after the conference and God did some cool stuff not just in me but those around me.

I got some really cool stuff tonight about stepping out and changing our culture around us. I would love to share some with you right now but the bus is dark and I cant look at my notes.

But the simple version of some of what I got is that we can plan as much as we want but we need to step out.

We need to not make excuses for why we dont step out cause on the other side of our excuse is a person.

God may ask us to do wild and crazy things at times but its for a reason.

Pastor Lorence told us a testimony he heard of a guy that was outside a seven eleven and he kept feelikg like God was telling him to go stand on his head in front of a coke machine. Well finally he went and did it and as soon as he did it this guy came running over asking why he did it. The guy responded saying that he felt like God was just telling Him to do it. Well the other guy started to say how he had been deppressed and feeling insufficient in life and he told God that if he loved him he would have someone stand on his head in front of the coke machine.

See you may never know why God asks us to do it but if we make an excuse to not do it case “we” dont want to then the person that is on the other end is just an excuse aslso.

Like Judah Smith says ” a dead salmon can still float down stream”.
